INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By means of this Notice, we inform you that your personal data is processed by SIA Bespoke Furniture S.R.L., with registered office in Orșova, Mehedinți County, Porțile de Fier, no. 26, Ramp 3, registered with the Trade Register under no. J25/147/2012, Tax Identification Number (CIF) RO 30089914.

Purpose and legal basis of processing:

The main purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data is the conclusion and execution of this contract with you, including the provision of all related services/activities (for example: fulfilling your additional requests, carrying out communications with you regarding administrative matters, accounting registration of signed contracts, issuing and transmitting invoices, and contacting you in case of emergency). In addition, the collected data will be processed based on the legitimate interest of the controller for the purpose of other communications for specific reasons (such as responding to your inquiries), for security purposes, or for internal restructurings or reorganizations.

Data collected:

For the purposes mentioned above, SIA Bespoke Furniture S.R.L. processes the personal data included in the related contract entered into with you.

Transmission of your data:

Your personal data may be disclosed to:

  1. Company employees involved in the performance of contracts concluded with you;
  2. Our service providers (lawyers, accountants, auditors, public notaries, etc.);
  3. Business partners.

 

Duration of processing:

Your personal data is retained for the entire period necessary to achieve the purposes detailed above, unless a longer retention period is required (for example, in accordance with financial-accounting regulations throughout the mandatory document archiving period) or permitted by applicable law.

Your rights:

  1. Right of access: You may request from us (i) confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, where that is the case, access to the respective data and information regarding it, as well as (ii) a copy of your personal data that we hold;
  2. Right to rectification: You may inform us of any changes to your personal data, or request that we rectify and/or complete the personal data we hold about you;
  3. Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): In certain circumstances expressly provided by law (such as (i) where the data was unlawfully collected, (ii) the retention deadline has expired, (iii) you have exercised your right to object, or (iv) the data processing was based on consent and you have withdrawn your consent), you may request that we erase the personal data we hold about you;
  4. Right to restriction of processing: In certain situations expressly provided by law (such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or the legality of the processing), you may request that we restrict the processing of your data for a specified period;
  5. Right to data portability: In certain situations expressly provided by law, you may request that we transmit your personal data to a third party or directly to you;
  6. Right to object: In certain circumstances expressly provided by law (such as processing based on legitimate interests), you may request that we no longer process your data. In particular, you have the right to object to profiling;
  7. Where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
